SLOSCO connects Sierra Leone with global maritime trade.

SLOSCO was established through an Act of Parliament, bringing together the local maritime expertise of the Sierra Leone National Shipping Agency (SLNSA) and the international shipping capabilities of Xiehai Shipping Group. This foundation connects Sierra Leone's trade requirements with experienced commercial and operational reach.

We provide commercial and operational shipping solutions for cargo moving into and out of Sierra Leone, with particular expertise in dry bulk, oil and project cargo.

Combining local presence in Sierra Leone with international shipping expertise, SLOSCO provides a single point of coordination for cargo owners, charterers and trading partners.

Laurent graduated in Chinese Studies from the University of London and spent more than 15 years in China, chiefly as Managing Director of BRS Shipbrokers. He also served as Commercial Director at Fednav and NEU Seeschiffahrt. His career has taken him from Madrid, Paris and London to Beijing, Oslo, Shanghai, Monaco and Geneva.
